Alisher Elisuly Abdykadyrov
Alisher Abdykadyrov was born on April 6, 1986 in Almaty. He is a graduate of the Moscow State University Lomonosov, Master of Economics. Awarded with the medal «Eren Enbegi Ushin» (2017).
He began his career in 2009 as an Expert in the Investment Projects Department of the Department of Investment Activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2014 - Chief Expert, Head of the Investment Projects Department of the Investment Committee, Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2015 - Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In subsequent years, he worked as the Head of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Pavlodar region (2015-2016), the Head of the Department for Investment and Entrepreneurship Development of the city of Astana (2016-2019).
In 2019, he became the Chairman of the Board of JSC «Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export «QazIndustry«.
From 2020 to 2021, he worked as Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region.
From 2021 to 2022, he served as Vice Minister of the National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 28, 2022, he has been elected a member of the Board of Directors of JSC «Development Center of Almaty».
