Restoration work is currently underway at the site. The building's exterior façade, stage, and auditorium are being completely modernized. A new additional facility is also under construction on the theater grounds. This project expands the cultural center's capabilities and opens a small stage and a 220-seat auditorium in the new building.

On February 26, 2026, the Astana Hub hosted ITMLab 2.0 Demo Day, the finale of the national inclusive technologies acceleration program. This is not just a technological event. It is a platform for systemic change.
