Slyamzhar Berikbekovich Akhmetzharov

Slyamzhar Akhmetzharov, PhD in Public Policy from Nazarbayev University.

He has over 10 years of professional experience in public administration, strategic analytics, and project implementation. Over the years, he has worked at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of National Economy, the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the RK, as well as in the private sector.

In October 2025, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the «Eren Enbegi Ushin» (For Distinguished Labor) medal for his professional achievements.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 29, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Member of the Management Board of «Almaty City Development Center» JSC.
