The Almaty City Development Center has been accredited to carry out technical supervision of construction projects.
This accreditation expands the Center's functional powers and allows it to monitor investment and budget projects implemented in the city in accordance with established procedures.
As part of technical supervision, the Center's specialists ensure compliance with design decisions, construction norms and standards, the quality of construction and installation works, as well as the deadlines for the implementation of projects. Particular attention is paid to safety issues, the rational use of budget funds, and the compliance of projects with approved technical documentation.
The expansion of powers is aimed at increasing the transparency of urban projects, strengthening the responsibility of participants in the construction process, and ensuring the sustainable quality of social and engineering infrastructure facilities.
