Traditionally, an expert meeting with the city’s leading HR specialists was held on Wednesday at the Almaty City Development Center JSC. The event was attended by representatives of large companies, organizational development consultants, and experts in human capital management.
The main topics of discussion were the specifics of interaction between the millennial and Gen Z generations, the transformation of corporate culture, and new management approaches in a changing business environment.
Participants discussed:
