From December 19 to 21, in branch of the Academy of Public Administration of Almaty employees of the Almaty City Development Center was trained on the topic: «Project Management.»
The training seminar was held to develop the practical skills and competencies of the Center's project teams in the sphere of project management. During the training, the staff studied the theoretical and practical aspects of the project approach, received recommendations on risk management, and the formation of a package of project documents on real urban projects.
Special attention was paid to the issue of forming a clear understanding and goals of key stages of project management, the skills of developing a project plan on the terms and resources of the project team.
At the end of the seminar, each participant was given a certificate of listening to the course.
