Ruslan Asaubayev appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Almaty City Development Center

Asaubayev Ruslan Bolatovich has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Almaty City Development Center.
Ruslan Asaubayev graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University in 2005, holds a degree in Information Systems and in 2009 received a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from CityUniversity London in the UK.
After graduating he worked in commercial organizations in the department for optimization and automation of processes.
After graduating from the master's degree, he worked as the head of the business analysis department of National Information Technology, and then as the head of the information technology department of the Center for International Programs.


Since January 2013, he has been working as the head of the Information Technology Service of ‘Nur Otan’. In November 2013, he was appointed as a head of the Republican public reception Nur Otan, where he ensured the optimization and automation of the processes of public reception.
Since the autumn of 2015, he has worked as deputy director of the 28th World Winter Universiade 2017 in Almaty on IT, TV and security.
Ruslan Asaubayev will oversee Smart City and OpenAlmaty projects at the Almaty Development Center.
