Almaty International Airport has received the first flight from the Russian city Krasnoyarsk operated by the Siberian airline Angara. Now it will be a regular flight, which is carried out twice a week. The opening of a new regular air destination Krasnoyarsk-Almaty will give impetus to the development of tourism in Almaty.
«Open Almaty» was included in the program of the delegation's visit from Krasnoyarsk. The Deputy Chairman of the Board - head of the Open Almaty Center, Zhanna Asanova, spoke about the main activities of the Center:
«Open Almaty was opened in September 2017 on the idea of the city's mayor's office. Our mission is to create a barrier-free environment, accountability of state bodies to the population, solving the everyday problems of citizens. On the website of the open-almaty.kz there is a section «Life Situations«, a person there can find information how to transfer a child from one school to another, water supply during the construction of the house and more. The public reception works in three directions: the front office, where we receive citizens, the portal of the open-almaty.kz for electronic appeals and the short number of the call center - 1308. This is very comfortable, that is, a person can consult remotely via the Internet without leaving his house.»
