The public reception works in three directions: the front office, where we receive citizens, the portal open-almaty.kz for electronic appeals and the short number of the Call Center - 1308. We also have professional mediators who help solve the problems of residents, their services are free. And also launched a portal balabaqsha.kz, where parents can apply for a queue in kindergarten. The parent sees all the vacant places all over the city in the kindergarten. It's transparent and convenient.»
