In Almaty, a monitoring tour of the reconstruction of School-Gymnasium No. 56 named after K. Satpayev was conducted. Ruslan Berdenov, Chairman of the Board of JSC Almaty City Development Center, conducted the monitoring tour of the construction sites.

As part of the working visit, the facility, located in the Medeu District of Almaty, was inspected. The project is being implemented as part of the modernization of the city's educational infrastructure and aims to create modern and safe learning conditions for schoolchildren.

Facility Readiness

Currently, construction readiness is approximately 60%. Approximately 80 workers are involved in the construction site.

During the monitoring, it was noted that previously issued comments regarding brickwork have been addressed. Overall, the quality of the construction and installation work is rated as satisfactory.

«It is important not only to maintain the pace of construction but also to ensure the quality of the work and compliance with safety requirements. In several areas, the contractor needs to strengthen the organization of construction processes and increase the number of workers on site,» noted Ruslan Berdenov.

Safety Comments

During the inspection, comments were made regarding compliance with safety and health requirements at the construction site. The contractor was advised to strengthen controls over the use of protective clothing and personal protective equipment.

Increasing Construction Pace

Based on the monitoring results, it was noted that the current construction pace may be insufficient to complete the project within the planned timeframe.

Therefore, the contractor was recommended to increase the number of workers and accelerate the pace of construction and installation work.

Almaty City Development Center JSC will continue to monitor the construction progress, paying particular attention to the quality of construction work and compliance with safety requirements.
