Checking drivers' documents is one of the main areas of work to improve the quality of services and safety. To do this, the service has a full travel history, support for user ratings, the service quality service works. It is also planned to increase seniority, introduce additional documents and certifications. The service's drivers are subject to strict rating requirements, which allows timely identification of shortcomings, as well as deny access to the platform of those drivers and users who pose risks to travel safety. There is also a system of priorities and reviews for drivers - the best orders are received by those who better serve passengers. This effectively affects the growth of service quality.
inDriver promotes the development of small business and, consequently, increases tax revenues to the state budget, as all applicable Kazakhstan taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, in connection with the work of the inDriver service in Kazakhstan are paid to the fullest.
