During the meeting, key strategic projects currently in the planning and implementation stages were reviewed, and the current stages of their implementation were discussed. Particular attention was paid to issues of management efficiency, coordination between departments, and adherence to deadlines.
Following the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board reviewed and updated the distribution of responsibilities for strategic projects. New areas of responsibility were defined taking into account development priorities, employee competencies and the need to strengthen cross-functional interaction.
It was noted that the updated approach to project management will increase the transparency of processes, strengthen personal responsibility, and ensure better implementation of the Centre's strategic initiatives.
The meeting was held in a constructive format, with an emphasis on results and the further development of projects that have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the city of Almaty.
