Berdenov Ruslan Arysbekovich

Date of Birth: March 6, 1985

Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Financial Management. Later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from KIMEP University.

Has over 20 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors. Worked at Procter & Gamble and EASTCOMTRANS LLP, and held senior executive positions at Ak Niet LLP and Aq Niet Group. Possesses extensive expertise in strategic management, corporate finance, and infrastructure project development.

From March 2023 to February 2025, served as a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Respublica party.

From February to August 2025, held the position of Deputy Akim of the city of Shymkent, overseeing construction, state architectural and construction supervision (GASK), land relations, urban planning, and architecture of the city of Shymkent.

By decision of the Board of Directors dated October 1, 2025, was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of JSC «Almaty City Development Center«.
