The city without suburbs is a metropolis with high standards of living in all areas, polycentric layout and convenient transport. As the core of the Almaty metropolitan area, the city will develop in close connection with the suburban areas of the Almaty region. The polycentric model of development will bridge the gap between the top and bottom, the center and the outskirts of the city.
«Smart» city - a metropolis that applies the best smart practices. Improving the quality of urban planning will be ensured through transparency and open access to data that allows you to make the best decisions using smart city technologies.
The City of Equal Opportunity is an inclusive human-centric city with equal opportunities. Full transparency and targeting of social assistance will be ensured, and the time to receive it will be reduced. A «barrier-free» environment will be created to ensure full access to urban infrastructure for people with disabilities on the principle of «mobility for all.»
A safe city is a city with low crime and emergency threats. An advanced digital infrastructure will be created with a remote monitoring and alert system that will reduce crime, improve road safety and prevent emergencies.
A green city with high standards of ecology, with the integration of the natural and urban environment. A «green network» of the city will be created, which will unite the urban ecosystem and support biodiversity. And the mountains will be protected from excessive recreational load and development.
The Global Business Centre is an economically active innovation city, a transport and logistics hub in the center of the New Silk Road. The center of attraction of investment, technology and talent. Intellectual and creative opportunities of high-quality human capital will become an inexhaustible resource for the development of the city.
